In addition to postal express vehicles, special vehicles for the disabled, new energy vehicles and other specific vehicles approved according to the actual and relevant policies, non-operating buses and light trucks (including vehicles with foreign licenses and vehicles with temporary licenses) in the main city and county (city) cities are restricted to 20% of motor vehicles from 7: 00 to 20: 00 every day, and 4, 9 and 5 vehicles are restricted on working days respectively. If the suffix is English letters or Chinese characters, the last digit shall prevail. Legal holidays and public holidays are not limited.

Level Ⅱ Response of Heavy Pollution Weather in Hengshui City

Hengshui City launched a Class II emergency response to heavily polluted weather. On February 25th 12, all mandatory emission reduction measures were put in place, and all public protection measures and active pollution reduction measures were put in place at 0: 00 on the 27th. According to the Emergency Plan for Heavily Polluted Weather in Hengshui City, after Class II emergency response is started, all non-operating motor vehicles and operating minivans (blue cards) in the main urban area and counties (cities, districts) will be restricted by two license plate tail numbers in rotation, and 20% of motor vehicles will be restricted. Cangzhou launched a secondary emergency response to heavily polluted weather.

Motor vehicles in the main city of Cangzhou are restricted by two license plate tails, and motor vehicles in the main city are restricted by 20%. The tail number of restricted vehicles is the same as that of Beijing, and legal holidays and public holidays are not restricted.

Xingtai number limit measures remain unchanged.

Xingtai started the orange warning of heavy polluted weather on February 25th, 20 17 12, and implemented level II emergency response measures according to the Emergency Plan for Heavy Polluted Weather in Xingtai City:

Handan still implements normalization restrictions.
