Green mine construction in Jinjie Coal Mine mainly focuses on surface ecological restoration, comprehensive utilization of mine water, improving recovery rate, using clear water hydraulic support, digital mine construction, energy saving and emission reduction.

1. Ecological environment: 20 18 The ground subsidence area of Jinjie Coal Mine is 36.27 million square meters, the land reclamation area is 36.27 million square meters, and the green coverage rate reaches 100%. The industrial site in the mining area has complete functions, reasonable layout, reasonable collocation of green plants and good growth;

The ground belt is transported by closed trestle, and the coal is stored centrally, which reduces pollution, and the overall environment is clean and beautiful, and the management is standardized and orderly.

2. Utilization of water resources: Five distributed underground reservoirs have been built in the mine, including 2 in the first panel, 2 in the second panel and1in the fourth panel;

All of them are equipped with a balanced intelligent drainage system associated with isolation monitoring and zoning, and underground sewage treatment is linked, achieving a water storage buffer of 7,654,380+0.8 million cubic meters. The mine drainage capacity is 17500 m3/h, and the mine sewage purification treatment capacity is 750m3/h. The total amount of mine water discharged every year is 29.88 million cubic meters, and the recycling amount is 22.465438 million cubic meters. The reuse rate of mine water is 75%.

2. Resource development mode: Jinjie Coal Mine production capacity180,000 tons/year. The multi-level mixed development mode of vertical shaft, inclined shaft and adit is adopted, the working face is arranged in strips in the main roadway, the full height technology is adopted at one time when the longwall is withdrawn, and the roof is managed by full caving method. By improving the technology and optimizing the design, the residual coal in the mine can be reduced: for example, the south working face of the first panel of water diversion project is designed to cut and adjust the angle to recover the triangle coal pillar, and the fourth panel boundary working face adopts the method of 130 to recover the coal pillar along the gateway, and the width of the coal pillar in the working face is optimized (from 15m to 13m) to improve the mine recovery rate. Measures such as cutting coal up and down and vertical transition at both ends are implemented in the fully mechanized working face to ensure the recovery rate of the working face reaches 98%.

3. Pure water medium hydraulic system: traditional hydraulic supports, conveyors and other fully mechanized mining equipment. The hydraulic system uses emulsion as working medium. Because of running, leaking, dripping and leaking, the hydraulic support backwashing and the advanced monomer circulation support emulsion loss. My mine consumes 390 tons of emulsified oil every year, causing serious water pollution. To solve the problem of emulsion pollution and develop "pure water" instead of traditional "emulsion" as the working medium of fully mechanized mining hydraulic system, because the pure water system is closed and the medium cleanliness is high, it is helpful to reduce the failure rate of hydraulic components, improve production efficiency, prolong the service life of hydraulic components and reduce the loss of spare parts. At the same time, it can also reduce the cost of the medium itself, and it is estimated that the cost of emulsion can be saved by 3.2 million yuan every year, which has a positive impact on the "high efficiency and low cost" production of fully mechanized mining.

4. Construction of digital mine: Relying on digital mine, the mine has achieved the goal of "mechanized substitution and automatic reduction of personnel". The fully mechanized mining face realizes wireless intelligent remote centralized control and automatic coal mining technology;

During normal production, the production class only needs 7 people (1 coal driver, 1 support worker and 1 three-in-one worker, 3 head and tail support workers and 1 team leader) to ensure the production demand. The number of fully mechanized mining teams has been gradually reduced from 56 to 32. The automatic linkage control of crusher and shuttle car is realized in the heading face;

The belt conveyor is remotely controlled by the ground centralized control room. Since its operation, the number of people in the fixed position of the belt has been reduced, and each team has reduced by 6-7 people. At the same time, through the timely collection and analysis of equipment data, the efficiency of dealing with equipment failures is improved, the downtime is reduced, and the tunneling efficiency is improved. The drainage system realizes automatic drainage, and the main drainage pump room is unattended;

The monitoring system realizes online remote automatic monitoring, which provides a powerful information and automation foundation for coal mine safety production.

5. Energy saving and emission reduction: adjust the number of belt conveyors in time according to the layout of underground production working face and the amount of coal transported by belt. From April to June, three belt conveyor drive motors were reduced by 3 1 set, the installed power was reduced by 1 10,000 kilowatts, and the accumulated electricity bill was saved by 210.59 million yuan. In May, according to the remaining length of fully mechanized working face in the first panel and the fourth panel, the belt conveyor along the trough was cut off, reducing the installed power 1 000 kW, saving a total of 463,200 yuan. According to the change of production shift, the production task of fully mechanized mining face was adjusted in time, and the running time of No.2 main transportation system was reduced, saving a total of 246,000 yuan. In addition, by promoting the use of pneumatic drainage pump, automatic drainage system of negative pressure water tank and energy-saving lamps in the transit water tank;

Increase the assessment of district teams' electricity consumption and other measures, and save 560,000 yuan of electricity every year. According to the real-time coal quantity, the centralized control room adjusts the running speed of the main conveyor belt to further realize the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.

Promote the use of new technologies, new equipment, new processes and new materials, cancel the use of initiating explosive devices, and comprehensively promote the use of hydraulic fracturing technology;

Using concrete repair king to repair pavement saves concrete consumption;

Underground excavation of gangue discharge roadway realizes gangue replacement, reducing the amount of gangue discharge, with an annual replacement amount of 420,000 tons;

The amount of washed gangue discharged from the ground every year is 380,000 tons, and the discharged gangue is leveled, reclaimed and afforested to reduce the discharge of solid waste.

At present, the existing problems are: the hydrogeological types of mines are extremely complicated. At present, the normal water inflow is 3,200m3/h, the maximum water inflow is 3,800m3/h, the displacement is 7.47 million cubic meters, and the reuse rate of mine water is 75%, which can not meet the requirements of mine drainage disposal for the time being. In the next step, we will actively coordinate with neighboring enterprises to reduce the discharge and improve the utilization rate.

In the future, we will continue to make breakthroughs in digital mine construction, underground unmanned mining and green low-carbon production in line with the development concept of saving first, innovation-driven, green low-carbon and technology-led, combined with disciplines such as mining, safety, electromechanical, information, computer and Internet.

In the standardization of safety production, our mine has established the responsibility system for safety production, formulated the safety management system and technical specifications, carried out the investigation and management of hidden dangers and the monitoring of major hazard sources, established the prevention mechanism, standardized the production behavior, kept people, machines, environment and management in a good production state, and constantly improved it, forming a long-term mechanism for safety standardization. In 20 17, our mine was rated as a first-class mine with standardized safety production. During the acceptance process, 92 hidden dangers were found. Except that the suspended roof area at both ends of fully mechanized mining face exceeds 10㎡ as stipulated in the standardization of safety production, there are several problems such as no temporary support for continuous excavation team's field operation, too many dust noise detection points in the workplace, insufficient oxygen concentration in the return air corner, etc., which need to be further studied and solved, and other hidden dangers have been rectified.
