All members of the leading group and local governments at all levels have carefully organized and implemented and cooperated with each other. A total of 679,000 census institutions have been established in provinces, cities, counties and villages across the country, employing more than 7 million census personnel. The seven-person census adopts electronic data collection in an all-round way, and the data is directly reported in real time. For the first time, the census object can fill in the form by scanning the QR code, and the application of departmental administrative records and big data such as electricity consumption and mobile phones has been strengthened, which has improved the quality and efficiency of the census work. Slogans such as "big countries call the roll, we can't do without you" are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and have increased publicity. Conduct a seven-person census in accordance with the law, conscientiously implement the requirements of the census plan, implement a strict quality control system, and establish and improve the traceability and accountability mechanism of census data.
