The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee summed up the achievements of the past five years and put forward the Party's leadership principles.

Science and technology: rejuvenating the country through science and education. On stage: peaceful reunification, one country, two systems. Party policy: the people are the masters of the country. Multi-party cooperation, political consultation and regional ethnic autonomy under the leadership of the Chinese Production Party.

Basic line: lead and unite the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country, take economic construction as the center, adhere to the four cardinal principles, persist in reform and opening up, and work hard to build China into a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful socialist modernization power. To sum up, it is "one center and two basic points".
