1. Objects, content and measures of rectification

Targets of rectification: Unlicensed and unlicensed business operators in all fixed business places in urban streets and streets throughout the county and suburban and suburban businesses. Unlicensed and unlicensed business operators in different areas such as townships (towns). Contents of rectification:

(1) Engaging in business activities without authorization without obtaining permits or other approval documents and business licenses in accordance with the law;

Rectification measures:

Fees; night market operators should be urged to apply for health licenses and business licenses, and regulations should be based on publicity, education, and guidance.

2. Implementation steps

(1) Publicity stage (before July 30, 20xx). Use various forms to publicize the purpose, significance, and overall arrangements of the rectification activities, as well as relevant laws and regulations on investigating and punishing unlicensed operations, and create an atmosphere of public opinion.
