Recently, Nanjing Jiangbei New District issued a notice, proposing a subsidy policy of up to 3 million yuan for house purchase. Previously, Zhengzhou, Nanning and other regions issued or adjusted the housing subsidy policies respectively. According to statistics, at least 30 regions issued or adjusted housing subsidy policies during the year, among which the highest subsidy amount in 6 regions exceeded1000000.

High-level talents can enjoy millions of subsidies when buying a house in District 6.

According to the documents of local government departments and public reports, since the beginning of this year, many regions have issued or adjusted policies to grant housing subsidies to groups such as imported talents, medical staff and migrant workers. In terms of the amount, there are six regions where the subsidy amount reaches one million, namely Hangzhou, Suzhou Industrial Park, Nanjing Jiangbei New District, Taizhou, Nanning and Jinan.

Among them, Hangzhou ranked first in the highest subsidy, reaching 8 million yuan. In February this year, Hangzhou launched eight measures of "attracting talents from epidemic situation and looking forward to the future" to increase housing subsidies for high-level talents. On the basis of "one person, one discussion", the top talents in Class A will be given a housing subsidy of up to 8 million yuan, while those in Class B, Class C and Class D will be given a housing subsidy of 2 million yuan, 6.5438+0.5 million yuan and 6.5438+0.0 million yuan respectively.

China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Nanjing and Suzhou have also issued relevant policies. In addition, at the beginning of March, Jinan issued a policy that key high-level talents can enjoy a maximum subsidy of 6,543,800 yuan for buying houses, a maximum subsidy of 5 years for renting houses or a maximum rent-free apartment for 5 years. Also in March, Taizhou launched the "500 Elite Program" in 2020, and newly introduced high-level talents can enjoy a housing subsidy of up to 3 million yuan.

In addition to directly stipulating the amount of subsidies, there are still many areas that grant subsidies in proportion to the purchase price or deed tax.

Xingtai, Luzhou, Nanchong and other places have proposed to give housing subsidies according to a certain proportion of the total transaction price. For example, Xingtai said that undergraduates, senior technicians, senior workers and other urgently needed talents should be included in the scope of housing subsidies, and those who meet the conditions should be subsidized by 2% of the total price of individual housing purchases. Luzhou City said that those who buy self-occupied housing will be given a one-time subsidy according to a certain proportion of the total purchase price. From March 2020 to February 2022, there are three kinds of subsidies at different purchase times: 3%, 2% and 1%, and the maximum subsidy for buyers is 50,000 yuan.

In addition, eight regions, including Guilin, Hengyang, Chenzhou, Zhenjiang, Yulin, Qinzhou, Fuzhou and Zixing, proposed to implement deed tax subsidies for house purchase, with the proportion ranging from 30% to 100% based on the deed tax paid. The client of Zhongxin Jingwei noticed that four regions, including Guilin, provided full deed tax subsidies for medical staff to buy houses.

Among them, Guilin City said that if the first-line anti-epidemic medical staff buy new commercial housing in 2020, they will be given an equal subsidy of 100% according to the actual deed tax. It is worth mentioning that in addition to the above 30 regions, Zhumadian City, Henan Province, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Ningyang County, Tai 'an City, Shandong Province also introduced housing subsidy policies during the year, but the relevant documents were not implemented later.

On May 15, Ningyang issued a document saying that the buyers who buy ordinary houses (excluding second-hand houses) and sign online contracts for the record and actually buy them will be subsidized according to the standard of 5,000 yuan per set. The subsidy period is from the date of publication of this article to August 8, 2020 10. In addition, the restriction period of second-hand houses is cancelled, the down payment amount is reduced, and enterprises are encouraged to sell at a discount. Two days later, the People's Government of Ningyang County issued a notice saying that the above-mentioned documents were decided not to be implemented after research because some of their clauses were inconsistent with the relevant requirements of the higher authorities.

For the above situation, Yan Yuejin, research director of the think tank center of Yiju Research Institute, pointed out to the client of Zhongxin Jingwei that the policies introduced by Zhumadian had a strong stimulating tendency and were representative policies with relatively loose national policies at that time. Regarding Chifeng's policy, Yan Yuejin said that the biggest highlight of this policy is to clearly put forward the expression of "encouraging individuals to buy houses". Compared with the relatively implicit statements of many cities in China, Chifeng's policy statements have a strong supporting role in the market.

Yan Yuejin believes that previous interviews with Zhumadian and other cities have shown that housing is not a big principle, which objectively helps to clarify the follow-up policy ideas and has strong guiding significance for policy adjustment in various places.
