What command is used to establish VLAN?

1, host name and password, switches and routers are all configured the same, but I don't know what the slogan is;

2, there are two ways to create a VLAN, method one:

Switch #vlan database enters vlan database configuration mode.

Switch (vlan)#vlan vlan_id Name VLAN _ Name

Switch (VLAN)# exit

Method 2:

Switch (Configuration) #vlan vlan_id

Switch (configuring VLAN) # Name VLAN name

3. Add the corresponding port to VLAN. By default, all ports belong to VLAN 1. What's the point of creating a VLAN if it is not designated as a port after VLAN splitting? Every VLAN is a broadcast domain, and dividing a VLAN is to divide a broadcast domain.

4. As far as I know, trunking is like a common channel, and all VLANs can transmit data through this channel. If a port is in access mode and belongs to a VLAN, then it can only transmit packets of this VLAN, but not packets of other VLANs.
