If the patient strongly requests to be discharged or transferred to another hospital, the doctor must sign it, and he has no right to prevent the patient from being discharged. The patient must sign that he is willing to take all responsibilities after discharge.

Discharge refers to patients who are hospitalized and leave the hospital. The discharged patients are generally cured, but many of them give up hospitalization because of the cost.

Discharge procedure:

1, at the time of discharge settlement, first go through the relevant formalities at the nurse station to check whether there is any medicine discharged from the hospital and confirm the discharge settlement time and related matters;

2, at their own expense personnel carrying hospitalization deposit receipt, directly to the hospital discharge window for settlement procedures;

3, retirement, medical insurance personnel settlement, first by the nurse station transmission, and then by the medical insurance office to review the rear can handle the discharge settlement, when leaving the hospital, need to carry the hospitalization deposit receipt, medical insurance card to the discharge window for settlement procedures;

4, the new rural cooperative medical system patients with hospitalization deposit receipt, cooperative medical certificate, agent ID card copy to the discharge window for settlement procedures.

Matters needing attention in discharge procedure:

1. In order to settle accounts smoothly and avoid going back and forth, please know the hospitalization expenses in time, especially pay them in time before leaving the hospital;
