The restricted time for motor vehicles is the morning peak and evening peak from Monday to Friday. The specific implementation plan is formulated according to the last number restriction and the allocation of new energy vehicle indicators. The restricted area covers the main urban area and the three sub-centers of Yubei, Jiangbei and Nan'an cities. Vehicles with restricted traffic numbers are prohibited from driving in the restricted area during the morning peak hours (7:00-9:00) and evening peak hours (17:00-20:00) from Monday to Friday. The specific arrangement of restricted driving numbers is as follows: vehicles with license plate No. 1 are prohibited from driving every Monday; vehicles with license plate No. 2 are prohibited from driving every Tuesday; and so on, vehicles with license plate No. 9 are prohibited from driving every Friday. Vehicles that meet the new energy vehicle specifications are exempted from restrictions. In the case of shortage or insufficient quota, the use of new energy vehicles will be approved in accordance with the order of application, and electronic passes will be issued. The validity period of the electronic pass is 3 years. In addition, the traffic police department will also strengthen traffic law enforcement and severely crack down on illegal parking, random parking, road blockage and other traffic violations to ensure smooth roads.

What is the indicator configuration of new energy vehicles? According to relevant regulations of Chongqing Municipality, the index configuration of new energy vehicles is mainly evaluated comprehensively based on factors such as the vehicle’s emission standards and the region where the vehicle is located. Vehicles that meet one of the following conditions can obtain new energy vehicle indicators: 1. The highest-level model in the world's latest or China's new energy vehicle evaluation standards (or equivalent standards); 2.
