5. Operators must wear protective work clothes and glasses.

6. Operators should pay special attention to various instrument indications on the panel when starting the machine. Only when all the instruments indicate normal values can they operate the small crane (roller table) to enter the process. If it is found that there is a big error (abnormality) in the indication of individual instruments, it should be closed immediately. Check the equipment fault handling before normal startup.

7, in the operation of the equipment, the operator must patrol the equipment to check whether there is abnormal noise and overheating. When serious equipment failure is found during operation, press the "Emergency Stop" button to stop for maintenance, and cooperate with professionals to eliminate equipment failure.

8. Operators must carry out daily maintenance and weekly maintenance (including lubrication) of the equipment according to "Equipment Management". Clean up the dust and sundries in the dust collector in time every week, so as not to affect the dust removal quality and ensure the intact rate of the equipment.

9, the operator must be in civilized production and safety production at the same time strictly implement the system of succession.

10, immediately cut off the power switch of this machine after the work, so as not to make this equipment run. Clean the workplace.
