I. Safety protection measures

(1) During tower crane operation, when there is a power outage and the wind reaches level 4 or above, or the wind continues to increase, the tower crane driver should immediately and quickly put down the lifting object, lift the hook to a distance of 2m from the root of the boom, stop all lifting operations, and immediately release the brake of the rotating mechanism, so that the boom can rotate freely under the action of the wind vane, so as to prevent the sling or lifting object from contacting or approaching the high-voltage line. As long as the lifting height of the boom and hook is not within the range of the induced electric field of the high-voltage line, there will be no electric shock accident, nor will the tower crane forcibly brake the rotating mechanism when it is windy, damaging the equipment or causing an accident of stepping backwards.

(2) The safe working area is in the working area, only the second gear is allowed to move slightly, and it is forbidden to rotate under the fast gear, otherwise it will be regarded as a serious illegal operation, which will be supervised by the tower crane command and the safety officer of the project department at any time.

(3) Limit the maximum elongation of the trolley on the boom of the tower crane and the lifting, loading and transportation height of the hook. After measurement and inspection, the car can only extend within the scale range of 50 meters on the boom at ordinary times. After lifting the material, the hook should be raised to the highest operating height as far as possible, and then the material should be dropped after the concrete drops, so as to ensure that the sliding distance of the trolley on the boom and the lifting height of the hook have enough distance to get out of the range of the induced electric field of the high-voltage line.

(4) Strictly transport tower cranes. Because there is a Liao-Liao expressway between the two tower cranes, there are many vehicles coming and going, so the tower crane should try to reduce the operation of the boom on the side of the expressway; Usually, when the tower crane rotates, the height of the hook must be more than 6 meters above the horizontal line of the power line. After the work, the tower crane driver and commander should check well, and the recovery position of hook and wire rope must also be more than 6 meters above the horizontal line of power line.

(9) Strictly do a good job in the daily inspection and acceptance of tower cranes, and conduct special safety technical disclosure and training for tower crane drivers, commanders, hook workers, electricians and operators involved in the use of tower cranes, such as tower crane operation signals, gestures, semaphores and preventive power lines, so as to achieve close cooperation and skilled operation. At the same time, strictly follow the post responsibility system and implement the person responsible for the operation, so as to be foolproof.

Second, other matters needing attention

(1) All operators shall strictly implement the "ten no-lifting" regulations.

(2) When the tower crane is suspended for a long time, the hook should be raised to the highest place, the car should be pulled to the nearest point, and the boom should be parked in the downwind direction.

(3) In order to ensure the progress of the project and the safety of the tower crane, the tower crane driver is on duty 24 hours a day, so as to find problems in time, carry out emergency rectification and prevent safety accidents.

(4) Tower cranes and signal commanders must be equipped with walkie-talkies. The walkie-talkie must be locked after the frequency is determined uniformly, and the user has no right to adjust the frequency, so it is dedicated to the special plane and cannot be borrowed.

(5) The signal commander shall be relatively fixed with the tower unit, and the commander shall not be changed at will without special reasons.
