What are the specialties of Xinyi?

Xinyi is homesick for chicken and tea.

1. Xinyi Hu Aixiang Chicken was named after it was produced in Hu Aixiang Town, xinyi city. Its hair, skin and feet are all yellow, so it is also called "Sanhuang Chicken". According to farmers, homesick chickens are divided into two types: big and small. Large chickens have large bodies, thick bones and high feet; Chickens have small bodies, thin bones and short feet. Generally speaking, Hu Aixiang chicken is moderately fat and thin, with yellow skin and crisp bones and smooth meat. It is a good product at the banquet, appreciated by the foodies inside and outside the province, and listed in the catalogue of livestock and poultry breeds in Guangdong Province.

2. At the junction of Qiu Huan in Xinyi Town and Guling Village in Zhusha Town, there is a mountain with an altitude of 605 meters called Sanmaoding. In the middle of the mountain stands a strange big stone, which looks like a combination of two food baskets. Locals call it "the basket stone". On the mountain near this strange stone, there is an ancient garden, and the tea produced is called "Harmony Tea".
