3. Timely summary and clear focus

Through the inspection of motor vehicle safety hazards that lasted for half a year, the weak links of the current supervision and management of the motor vehicle industry were also exposed. The main ones are as follows: Several aspects:

The safety production operating procedures are not carried out in strict accordance with the relevant regulations. Second, there is still a clear gap between the construction of safety production management teams in some enterprises and the requirements of cities and counties. The number of safety production management personnel, funds and equipment cannot meet the requirements of safety production management work. During our spot checks, we found that a considerable number of enterprise leaders lacked understanding of the importance of production safety management, and that the organizational structure and staffing were not compatible with the safety management tasks they were undertaking.

In the next step, our bureau will increase the supervision of motor vehicle production, modification, and supporting enterprises, conscientiously implement the relevant document requirements for comprehensive improvement of road traffic safety, and ensure that hidden danger inspections are reported in a timely manner and hidden dangers are reported in a timely manner. The rectification measures are effective; efforts are made to promote the construction of safety production management network at the county and town (street) levels and further improve the safety production supervision system.
