Does Laibin City belong to Liuzhou City?

Laibin City does not belong to Liuzhou City, but a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Laibin City is located in the middle of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, known as the "hinterland of central Guangxi", and its geographical position is very important. Laibin is also one of the birthplaces of Pangu culture in China.
