1. Comprehensively grasp the latest holiday information of medical staff and register and summarize it. Medical staff with a non-green health code who have a history of living or traveling in key areas such as Hubei or who have had close contact with confirmed cases are not allowed to return to work for the time being.

2. All outpatient departments, clinics, village clinics and other medical institutions are not allowed to receive patients with fever, respiratory symptoms, diarrhea, related epidemiological history, etc., and notices are posted at eye-catching places such as entrances to remind them.

3. Strengthen employee health monitoring and management. In accordance with the relevant requirements for prevention and control work, all medical institutions that resume diagnosis and treatment activities must establish an active health declaration and active health monitoring system for staff to avoid iatrogenic infections. If a staff member is found to have fever, respiratory tract, diarrhea and other symptoms, diagnosis and treatment activities should be stopped immediately, the local health center should be reported as soon as possible, and relevant work such as isolation and medical treatment should be carried out.

4. Strictly conduct training for all employees. All outpatient departments, clinics, village clinics and other medical institutions must complete epidemic prevention and control and personal protection knowledge training for all employees before resuming diagnosis and treatment work.

5.
