Practice the concept of life community of China landscape forest, field, lake and grass

"China Landscape Project" is an environmental management project implemented by the China Municipal Government. After being successfully selected into the UN's "World Flagship Project of Ecological Restoration", it will make an important contribution in the field of global biodiversity protection and restoration, indicating that China adheres to green development, practices the concept of * * * community of human destiny, * * * responds to global challenges, and contributes China wisdom and China's plan to the common development of mankind.

Since the pilot project of ecological protection and restoration of lake grass in national landscape forest field was carried out, the overall work has progressed smoothly and the forest coverage rate has been continuously improved. However, there are still some problems in the pilot area, such as the lack of integrity in project layout design, the frequent occurrence of "pseudo-ecological" and "real destruction" governance measures, and the difficulty in integrating special funds.

It is urgent to clarify the connotation and basic characteristics of this isomorphism and explore the practical path of engineering pilot. Taking Chengde, one of the first pilot areas in China, as an example, this paper puts forward the practical path of "one main line, two major functions, three major fields, four major tasks and five major breakthroughs" on the basis of clarifying the overall thinking, with a view to providing reference for other pilot areas.
