5. Subcontracting unit management

(13) Subcontracting units must do a good job in safety management of temporary electricity use at the construction site and strictly follow regulations. Electrical equipment should be managed by professional electricians at the construction site, and electricians should be certified to work.

(14) The construction site should be kept tidy, materials should be stacked neatly, and signboards should be installed. Roads in the site should be flat, smooth, free of water, and warning signs should be installed.

(15) The campground must be clean and hygienic, with trash cans set up and cleaned regularly.

8. Safe electricity management system

1. The installation of electrical circuits must comply with relevant national standards and regulations, and no arbitrary movement, replacement, addition, subtraction, or change of wiring methods is allowed. Relevant professionals must understand the location and direction of the unit's power supply main switch, sub-switches, and power and lighting lines so that they can quickly cut off the power supply if problems arise.

2. Electrical work must be carried out with a certificate, and no illegal operations are allowed. For electrical circuits, check whether various electrical switches are equipped with leakage protection devices. The grounding or zero connection of the metal casing that uses electricity should be intact.
