I) General provisions

3, all installation, disassembly and operation personnel must be trained and qualified, obtain a license, and received safety education at the scene;

4, installation and disassembly personnel should abide by the specifications of high work, wear safety helmet, seat belt, wear soft shoes, and set up a warning zone, prohibit personnel and vehicles from entering;

5. During installation and disassembly, temporary cables and windproof ropes or supports shall be set to ensure the stability of the framework, and the free height of the framework shall not exceed 2 standard sections (generally not more than 8m). It is forbidden to throw objects during operation;

6, tic-tac-toe frame installed, must go through the acceptance rear can be put into use;

7. The construction unit shall formulate operation procedures according to the types of tic-tac-toe frames, establish management systems and maintenance systems, and establish equipment technical files for each tic-tac-toe frame.

(2) Foundation

1, low frame (installation height is 30m or less): the ground durability is not less than 80Kpa, C20 concrete with a thickness of 300mm is poured, the foundation surface is smooth, and the levelness deviation is not more than10mm; ;

2. Elevated (installation height is more than 30 meters): the foundation should be designed and calculated, and its buried depth and practice should comply with the design and the ex-factory use regulations of the tic-tac-toe frame;

3, the foundation should have drainage measures. When the trench is excavated or the vibration is large, measures must be taken to ensure the stability of the frame within 5m from the foundation edge.

4. The embedded parts of the anchor bolts for installing the tic-tac-toe frame base should be embedded in the foundation, and the diameter and length of the bolts should be specified in the product manual or designed and calculated.

(3) Frame body

1, the frame base shall be installed on the anchor bolts and fixed with double nuts;

2, the vertical deviation of the frame body should not exceed 3‰, and shall not exceed 200mm;;

3. In the derrick section, the tolerance of two diagonal lengths shall not exceed 3 ‰ of the nominal size of the maximum side length;

4. When the frame is erected, the bolts below M 10 shall not be used for the bolted components, and the number of bolts at one side of each bar node and joint shall not be less than 2, and lead wires shall not be omitted or replaced;

5. In addition to the upper and lower vents, the outer side of the frame body must be protected by a small mesh safety net, and materials that obstruct the line of sight or increase the wind load shall not be used;

6. Floor signs should be set on the frame body, and standard product signs should be hung in obvious places outside the frame body;

7. Objects that increase wind load shall not be hung on the frame;

8. The free end at the top of the frame body shall not be greater than 6m.

(4), attached to the wall frame and cable wind rope, ground anchor

1, stability of tic-tac-toe frame: the low frame can be stabilized by cable wind rope, and the elevated frame must be stabilized by wall-attached frame;

2, attached to the wall frame should be set according to the provisions of the product manual, the spacing should generally not be greater than 9m, and a group must be set at the top of the building;

3. The material of the wall-attached frame should be the same as that of the frame body, and the attached angle should meet the requirements of the product manual. If the distance and angle exceed, there should be design calculation;

4. Rigid connection should be adopted between the frame attached to the wall and the building and the frame body to form a stable structure, but it should not be directly welded on the structural members of the frame body (such as vertical rods);

5, cable wind rope should choose round strand wire rope, the diameter should not be less than 9.3 mm ... When the lifting height is 20m and below, it should not be less than 1 group; When the lifting height is 2 1~30m ~ 30m, it should not be less than 2 groups;

6. The cable wind rope should be symmetrically arranged on the same water surface with the transverse connectors at the four corners of the frame, and measures should be taken to prevent the steel from cutting the cable wind rope;

7. The included angle between the cable wind rope and the ground shall not be greater than 60, and tree poles or stacked components shall not be used as ground anchors;

8. The ground anchor shall be set and calculated according to the soil conditions and stress conditions.

When there are no design and calculation regulations for local anchors, scaffold steel pipes (φ 48) or angle steels (L75×6) can be used, with no less than two pieces, spacing of not less than 0.5m, and driving depth of not less than1.7m. Anti-skid measures should be taken for the cable wind rope at the top of the pile. The location of the ground anchor shall meet the requirements for setting the cable wind rope, and the connection between the ground anchor and the cable wind rope must be a matching wire rope, and steel bars are prohibited.

(5), entrance protective shed

The protective shed at the entrance must be erected independently, and it is forbidden to use shelves as support. The top is a double-layer protective shed that can prevent seepage, and the width is not less than the width of the frame. The low frame length is more than 3 meters, and the elevated frame length is more than 5 meters. Warning and load limiting labels should be hung at the entrance.

(6), in and out.

The entrance and exit protective doors shall be standardized and instrumented, and shall not enter the frame, and can prevent any part of the human body from entering the tic-tac-toe frame when the hanging basket is running. The protective door must be closed normally and controlled by the interlocking device (the hanging basket shall not run unless the protective door is closed on any floor), and a warning signal that the protective door is not closed in place shall be set on the console.

(7), discharging platform

1, the unloading platform should be set separately, and its design and erection bearing capacity should meet the requirements of not less than 300kg/m2, and it should not be connected with the grid, but should be rigidly connected with the wall;

2. Two protective railings and skirting boards should be set on both sides of the discharging platform, and the scaffolding should be fully paved and fixed, and it is forbidden to tilt into a square shape;

3, the erection height is greater than 30m, reliable unloading measures should be taken, and there are design calculations;

4. Safety warning signs must be hung at the mouth of each discharging platform, and it is forbidden to probe, overload or carry people.

(8), hanging basket

1. The inlet of the hanging basket must be equipped with a safety door, and the safety door of the hanging basket should be interlocked with the docking device of the hanging basket (when the safety door of the hanging basket is opened, the docking device is forced to act). Both sides of the hanging basket should be protected by safety baffles with a height of not less than 1 m, and the top should be closed;

2, hanging basket hoisting must use more than one wire rope;

3, hanging basket color should be different from the frame color, and eye-catching;

4. The buffer device should be designed at the bottom of the frame.

(9), safety limit

The lower frame of tic-tac-toe frame should be equipped with hanging basket parking device, broken rope protection device and ultra-high limit device, and the devices should be shaped; In addition to the safety device, the crown block shall be equipped with a lower limit limiter, a buffer and an overload limiter.

(10) counterweight

The installation of all parts in the counterweight should be firm and reliable. A protective fence of not less than 1.5m should be set around the hammer lifting channel, and a sufficient safe distance should be ensured between its working area and buildings and other facilities.

(1 1), wire rope

1, safety factor k of steel wire rope for hoisting ≥ 7;

2, lifting wire rope shall not use broken strands and broken wires scrapped standard wire rope;

3. The number of rope clamps of steel wire rope shall be not less than three. Rope clips shall be arranged in sequence, and the spacing shall not be less than 6 times the diameter of wire rope. The U-ring should be stuck on the rope head side, and the pressure plate should be placed on the stressed rope side.

4, hoist drum winding wire rope shall not be less than 3 times;

5. The steel wire rope should be prevented from crossing the road and not mopping the floor, and there should be an appropriate operating distance between the steel wire rope and other protective devices.

(12), pulley

1, the pulley radius shall not be less than the minimum bending radius of wire rope, the pulley (low frame) diameter Ф≥ 25d (d = wire rope diameter), and the pulley (elevated frame) diameter Ф≥ 30d; ;

2. The pulley should be equipped with a wire rope anti-falling device;

3, guide pulley shall not use open pulley;

4. The pulley edge should not be damaged by the gap;

5. The pulley must be rigidly connected with the frame (or hanging basket);

(13), hoist

1, hoist installation should be installed on the anchor bolt according to the requirements of the product manual, and there is a protective cover made of metal, and there should be enclosure measures around it;

2, hoist should be equipped with steel wire rope anti-skid device;

3, hoist operating distance should be away from the hoist more than 5 meters;

4, hoist mechanical performance should be good, the brake is sensitive and reliable;

(14), electrical

1, tic-tac-toe frame must have a special power switch box and console. The switch box shall be provided with isolating switch and air leakage switch, and the main circuit in the console shall be provided with short circuit, voltage loss and overcurrent protection devices;

2, the console should be equipped with a lock control power switch, and should be located in an emergency to cut off the main power supply emergency power switch;

3, the selection of electrical equipment and electrical components, must conform to the requirements of the hoist working performance, working environment and other conditions, and have a certificate of approval;

4, it is forbidden to use reverse switch as the hoist control switch;

5. The metal structure of the tic-tac-toe frame and the shell of all electrical equipment should be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4Ω. (15), operation shed

1, when operating in the open air, the operator should set up a solid operation shed, which should not be set up on scaffolding or dangerous places, and the operation shed should have rain-proof measures;

2. The construction of the operation shed should not affect the operator's sight. Near the operation area, a double protective shed must be erected at the top to prevent penetration.

3. The electrical equipment in the shed should be safe and easy to operate. The signals between tic-tac-toe consoles do not interfere with each other, and the operation of operators does not affect each other.

(16) Lightning protection

Where the tic-tac-toe frame is outside the protection range of lightning protection devices for adjacent buildings and structures, lightning protection devices shall be installed for tic-tac-toe frames with a height exceeding 20 meters. The lightning rod can be galvanized round steel with the length of1~ 2m Ф16; In addition to the frame itself, the down conductor should be connected to the grounding device of the frame body by Ф12 or above galvanized round steel or 10mm2 or above copper core cable.

(17), acceptance

1, the construction unit must carry out quantitative acceptance in accordance with JGJ59-99 "building construction safety inspection standard";

2, acceptance should have product certificate or design calculation;

3. After acceptance, there shall be the approved construction scheme, certificates of installation, disassembly and operators, and the TIC-tac-toe foundation acceptance report of the technical department of the unit;

4. After the tic-tac-toe frame is installed, it should be put into use, and it can only be put into use after it has passed the inspection by the inspection agency recognized by the construction administrative department.

(eighteen), the use of management

1, site safety management personnel must patrol every day and fill in patrol records;

2, the operator must be on duty inspection and maintenance, confirm all kinds of safety devices are safe and reliable rear can put into work;

3, the operator operation, the signal is not clear shall not be turned on, found that the safety device, communication device failure should immediately stop for repair;

4, it is forbidden to climb, through the lifting frame and ride the hanging basket up and down;

5, furnish tic-tac-toe frame with rocker handle, the hanging basket and rocker handle shall not be used at the same time;

6. In the working state, the tic-tac-toe frame shall not be repaired or maintained; Otherwise, the power supply should be cut off, and a sign of "No Closing" should be hung in an obvious place, and there should be a special person to monitor it;

7. After the operation, put down the hanging basket, cut off the power supply and lock the control box to prevent other personnel from starting the hoist without authorization.
