How to print outpatient medical records

1. Electronic medical record self-service printing location: self-service printing on all floors of outpatient department. 2. Please click on the outpatient medical record print on the self-service machine, insert the social security card, medical card, citizen card or put the ID card in the designated position, and click on the card reading. 3. Please select the date of seeing a doctor on the touch screen, click Start Printing Medical Records, and wait for 5 seconds before printing automatically. 4. Outpatient medical records are printed only once, so please keep them properly.
