Decoration time regulation and noise control measures

The rectification time stipulated by the state is 8: 00-12: 00 and 14: 00 to 18: 00 on working days. During the statutory rest days, holidays and working days from 12 to 14 and 18 to 8: 00 the next day, it is forbidden to carry out noise-making decoration and other nuisance operations in the completed and delivered residential buildings.

Noise control measures

When working in other time periods, noise control measures should be taken to reduce the interference to surrounding residents. When indoor decoration activities are carried out in residential buildings that have been completed and delivered for use, the operation time should be limited and other effective measures should be taken to reduce and avoid environmental noise pollution to surrounding residents.

Noise emission standard for building construction

Those who discharge construction noise into the surrounding living environment within the urban area shall comply with the environmental noise emission standards set by the state for construction sites.
