In this case, social workers timely communicated the epidemic situation to residents by screening official information, and publicized to residents how to prepare for epidemic prevention, and conveyed to residents the measures taken by our party and government, so that residents could correctly understand the epidemic situation, avoid causing psychological panic among residents, and advocate residents to actively respond to epidemic prevention work.

At present, some social workers work in front-line posts, and social workers who need to be isolated at home provide online services. They are well-deserved security guards.

In order to prevent the spread of the epidemic, under the unified arrangement of the party and the government, the date of resumption of work is also being adjusted, so many people stay at home and can't walk around at will. As the days passed, the residents gradually felt bored and agitated. According to different people, fields and main needs, social workers in the East District set up a number of group chats, such as food groups, music groups and dance groups, within one day after careful discussion and analysis.
