If the person she marries is a soldier, then according to Article 259 of the Criminal Law, the crime of breaking military marriage is more serious than bigamy. That is to say, if the other party is an active serviceman and cohabites or marries with his spouse, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years. This also tells us that if you like someone in real life, you must know whether the other person is married or not. If the other party hides it, then the other party should bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

We are also well aware that de facto marriage is protected by law, but it is those cohabitation relationships that are not protected. At the same time, interfering in other people's marriage is against ethics and laws and regulations. In addition, this divorce procedure is generally under the jurisdiction of the court where the defendant is registered. If the household registration is in Hunan, then it should be prosecuted in Hunan.
