In order to encourage professional departments to earnestly perform their duties and improve the level of refined management, the mine has formulated a quarterly assessment and reward policy for refined management, and set aside 60,000 yuan of reward funds every quarter to reward departments and individuals who have made achievements in the standardized and refined management assessment of safety and quality.
