According to the adjustment of urban zoning in Guiyang, in June 5438+February, 2007, Yunyan District People's Government signed a school transfer agreement with the High-tech Zone Management Committee, and Guiyang No.40 Middle School was officially transferred from the High-tech Zone to Yunyan District for management, becoming a member of Yunyan District's educational family.
