With the theme of turning seeds into green plants - low carbon around you, the green plant adoption activity was hosted by the Youth League Committee of Huanghe University of Science and Technology, and jointly organized by the Student Union of Huanghe University of Science and Technology and the youth volunteers of Huanghe University of Science and Technology. Disadvantages: The activity was overall a success, but there are still some areas that require continued efforts.

1. The publicity of this event was not adequate. The promotion time is too short, and the promotion effect on Weibo is better. There are deficiencies in posters and banners. Among them, the banner was hung too late and did not have a good publicity effect.

2. Setting the event time at noon on Friday is not an ideal time. The flow of people at noon on Friday was less than usual. The impact of the activity has been weakened to some extent.

3. The activity guidance is not very good. Some students only participated in part of the activities and did not fully participate in the activities. The signature panel is located a bit behind and difficult to see, which is not conducive for students to participate in signature activities. In future activities, more activity guides can be arranged so that students can receive timely guidance and fully participate in various activities.

4. The equipment for the event was not fully prepared, and a microphone was not borrowed as planned on the day of the event, making it impossible to host the event. This makes the activity fly in the ointment.

5. The Youth Volunteer Association of this event was not fully involved in the activity and did not complete the tasks assigned before the event.
