2. Simplify the conference layout. No balloons, large slogans, or carpets will be hung outside the conference venue and at the residences of committee members; flowers, disposable towels and other supplies will not be placed in the conference venue and various conference rooms.

4. Improve the publicity and reporting of meetings and leave more space and time to committee members.

5. Toiletries will not be specially distributed in the name of the conference, and flowers and fruits will not be placed in the rooms of participants.

6. Conference accommodation and meals will strictly follow the prescribed standards. All participants will eat a buffet, and no alcohol or beverages will be served.

7. Strictly control the printing quantity and distribution scope of conference materials.

8. Members will not be organized to participate in any activities unrelated to the agenda of the conference.

9. No accommodation or meals will be provided for CPPCC members and non-voting attendees of municipal government agencies.

10. Further reduce the number of conference staff and strive to save various conference expenses.
