Article 3 The term "domestic violence" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the physical and mental violations committed by family members by beating, binding, mutilation, restriction of personal freedom, frequent abuse and intimidation, or by other means. (5) Support social organizations such as social work service agencies and voluntary service organizations to provide services such as mental health consultation, family relationship guidance and knowledge education on domestic violence prevention;

(6) Organize other work related to domestic violence. Article 8 People's governments at or above the county level may support enterprises, institutions and social organizations to participate in anti-domestic violence work through purchasing services and project cooperation.
