Xi Jiaotong University Opera Fans' Union is a comprehensive college opera club under the Art Troupe of Xi Jiaotong University, and the first comprehensive college opera club spontaneously established by students since the reform and opening up in northwest China. There are six major operas, five troupes and three functional departments. I. Overview

Xi Jiaotong University Opera Fans' Federation is a comprehensive college opera association under the Art Troupe of Xi Jiaotong University, and the first comprehensive college opera association established spontaneously by students in Shaanxi Province. The association is affiliated to Zonglian College, and has close ties with the school's teaching staff and drama organizations. On the basis of daily work, actively cooperate with the teaching of drama appreciation course offered by the school.

In order to standardize the internal work behavior of the Association, improve work efficiency and create a harmonious learning and working environment, the Articles of Association are formulated.

3. The club employs instructors in various ways, mainly to guide the club's construction and peacetime activities, and the presidium must actively cooperate with the instructors.

4. The chairman coordinates the club affairs and is mainly responsible for the construction of the troupe. The secretary-general assists the chairman in managing the daily affairs of the club; The vice-chairman is mainly responsible for the work arrangement and management of the three functional departments (Secretary Finance Department, Policy Publicity and Outreach Department and Academic Theory Department).

1. There are five troupes in the community, and the head responsibility system is implemented.

2. The theatrical troupes carry out their own work relatively independently, regularly carry out box office activities, and accept the supervision of the presidium.

3. The problems encountered by the troupe in the process of activities are coordinated and solved by the academic theory department. The rehearsal supplies that need to be purchased or borrowed are uniformly registered by the academic theory department and reported to the presidium, which is responsible for solving them.

4. Clothes and other items that need to be rented for arranging programs in a short period of time shall be arranged by each troupe, and the relevant financial person in charge shall be contacted for financial registration.

5. Troupe should strengthen mutual communication and help each other.

(iii) Material reporting and data classification system 1. At the beginning of the semester, each department sorts out the detailed information of its own personnel and summarizes it in the form of a table, including detailed information such as name and position. Within one week after the personnel are confirmed, submit the form to the secretary's finance department for centralized sorting, make a contact form and do a good job of distribution.

2. Within 2 weeks before the start of each semester, the Presidium and the delegations should make a good work plan for this semester and submit it to the first plenary session of this semester for deliberation. 3. Ministers of all departments summarize the work of their own departments every month. 6. If it is necessary to hold regular activities, a detailed activity plan shall be submitted to the Council one week before the activities, and the Secretariat shall be responsible for the arrangement by contacting the HKCSS and the Art Troupe.

8.
