As for wine, my opinion is moderate, and I must make a choice. I usually have a glass or two of red wine in the evening. For more than ten years, I have not found any effect on blood sugar, but it is good for my blood vessels.

In fact, a good attitude is not only good for blood sugar, but also good for health. I am a contented person, and I won't be hard on myself because of some trivial matters.
Every year, I will arrange a trip. I don't have to travel far away. I mainly look at the mountains and rivers, feel the customs of different parts of the motherland, relax and broaden my horizons.

Diabetes is not terrible, what is terrible is complications. I know that with the extension of the course of diabetes, there will always be some complications. We can't stop it, but it is still possible to delay it.
