There is still not so much competition and pressure in the military camp, but I know that the day of changing jobs will come sooner or later. Am I ready? After so many years of demobilization, many slogans are posted every time: "Veterans, please have a good journey! Start your own business and make new achievements! Carry forward the military spirit and be the leader in getting rich" and so on. They are all words of blessing, and the first step is to send off these demobilized soldiers who have no future, and the second step is to tear down these slogans and banners, and then carry out disciplinary rectification. This is the form of a modern military camp, and it can be regarded as a process. For the army, when the old soldiers leave, new soldiers will be added immediately. The army is still the same army, and nothing will change because of who leaves. So every year when I put up these slogans and banners, I have a different feeling. This year it’s time for someone else to put up this slogan for me. I wonder if someone will feel the same as me? On the train to visit relatives, I met a veteran from Shanxi. He analyzed the current situation of modern military veterans: Soldiers are said to be a spiritual honor, and this is a spiritual honor that will not be forgotten for many years! This experience is not something that modern young people can feel and understand. In terms of current social development, this kind of honor is meaningless in real society. Why do I say this? You will know if you think about it. There is a lot of disconnect between military life and local life. Yes, you may spend a lot of time in the army doing internal activities. A stable life will eliminate your sense of existential crisis. The fast-paced and ever-changing local life is something that soldiers cannot adapt to immediately after they come out. After coming out of the army, there was a lot of employment pressure, including starting a business, etc., with no way out and no funds; in reality, I was getting older and had no home or house, and many of the things I learned from the army were not available locally. To get room for development, this society lacks everything but people, right? Why do so many news report that some soldiers learned a lot of skills in the army, but in the end they turned to crime because they had no money? Which of those soldiers doesn't want to do a good job? The problem is that the policies of this society and various regions have forced them to have no solution. He has his own difficulties. He has to make a living. The local government has introduced a policy to support the army and now it cannot be implemented well. No veteran wants to go down that criminal path, right? If you hadn't been a soldier, maybe your starting point would have been very low. Then you could do any job or anything, and you'd still be young! Hard work is not a bad thing. The problem is what should you do now that your age and time don’t allow you? Those who are not married should hurry up, while those who are married have to face many and a series of problems. Would you be happy if someone from the army asked you to work as a security guard again? You definitely don’t want to do it, because the education you received is how to live a better life. The problem is that most of the troops working as security guards are soldiers. If you say you don’t want to do it, what will you do when you get there? Do you want to do business based on the little social experience you have in the army? Is it difficult? The country as a whole is like this. In the army, I talked about dedication and the overall situation with you all day long. Now that you are back, you have nothing. You let your family and yourself talk, what else can you say... The words of a veteran , maybe I was very excited and extreme when I said it. But I know this is the reality I have to face. I know that I need to be prepared.
