Dear Li Zhimin Hello, Vice Chairman!

My name is Chen Fajun and I am a resident of Liangyuan Community of Liangyuan Qianjin Office. This letter is to express my gratitude to Liangyuan Disabled Persons’ Federation and Vice Chairman Li Zhimin.

On the morning of December 1, 2012, Vice Chairman Li Zhimin braved the severe cold and rode an electric bike to my house to measure the dimensions and draw the drawings in person. I was so moved that I didn’t know what to say. I said, "It's so cold today, it's Saturday again, and you're not at home to rest. Why are you here so early? It's so cold on the road!" Vice Chairman Li Zhimin smiled and said, "It doesn't matter if I'm cold, I just can't worry about you. Because you are a disabled person without legs, it is too inconvenient to take a bath. On December 4th, Vice Chairman Li Zhimin personally led professional technicians to install "barrier-free facilities" for me, which truly solved my problem of "difficulty bathing" for many years. I was deeply moved by Vice Chairman Li Zhimin’s personal actions. Meeting him is a blessing for us disabled people. He truly understands the difficulties of the disabled and truly serves the disabled and does good things and practical things for the disabled. As the leader of the district Disabled Persons' Federation, for the convenience of the disabled, his attitude of personally visiting and providing enthusiastic services makes me and my family happy. I felt extremely warm! This is much better than shouting 10,000 slogans of "care for the disabled". I am doubly touched that the Liangyuan District Disabled Persons’ Federation has such a good leader who treats disabled people like family members! The words and deeds of Vice Chairman Li Zhimin truly interpret the glorious image of a public servant of the people!
