Now we will further standardize the trade union interest activities of the bureau, and clarify the relevant matters as follows:

1. Defining the target

The target of participating in the interest group activities should be the trade union members of the bureau, and each interest group member should reach more than 1 people (including 1 people), and the activities of the interest group shall not occupy working time.

1. Provincial authorities hold sports meetings every year. If there are corresponding competitions, the interest groups of related projects should actively cooperate with the organizers to participate. Coaches can be hired during the preparation for the competition, and the expenses incurred, such as hiring coaches and competition clothes, shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the provincial trade unions, and shall be paid from the trade union funds.

2. The members of the reading interest group actively undertake the tasks of creating a civilized blog and updating the reading festival of the provincial government working committee.

the funds and expenses of interest group activities shall be budgeted annually, which shall be reported to the trade union of the bureau before November 3 of each year for approval. If there are changes in budget items due to objective reasons in the middle of the year, the budget at the beginning of the year shall be adjusted before the end of September. In principle, the expenditure should be "one thing, one batch", and we should live within our means, while considering balance and differentiation.

1. The venue fees of the four interest groups such as badminton, table tennis, basketball and tennis shall be paid according to the principle of "one thing at a time" and the relevant provisions of trade union funds within the budget. If there is an activity place in this bureau, it is necessary to arrange the use of the office space first, and at the same time reduce the activity funds of this project accordingly.

2. The 8-point upgrade of chess and cards, the interest groups of Go, calligraphy and painting, and yoga will be paid according to the principle of "one thing for one report" within the approved budget and the relevant provisions of trade union funds.

IV. Other matters

1. Except for participating in the competition, all interest groups really need to hire coaches, and in principle, they don't need to hire coaches to carry out activities at ordinary times. If there are special circumstances, the interest group that needs to hire a coach must be reported to the leaders in charge of the bureau for approval, and the trade union of the government office will spend it on the related projects of the budget.

2. In addition to the competitions organized by the superior, if interest groups need to organize competitions in this Council, the relevant expenses must comply with the eight regulations and the relevant regulations on the use of trade union funds.
