Unicom's downtime insurance number and loss reporting are different, and they are two different businesses. The difference between downtime and loss reporting downtime:

1. Stop the phone and report it immediately, that is, when the phone needs to be suspended for a period of time, you can temporarily apply to stop using the phone and keep the number;

2. Loss reporting downtime refers to the loss of the mobile phone card and the need to stop using it. After reporting the loss and stopping, you can apply for a replacement card in the local business hall.

After the post-paid mobile phone user handles the shutdown, if it is in the shutdown state for a whole month from the following month (no startup operation), the monthly fee will not be deducted, and if there is value-added service, the normal fee will be deducted.

Tips: Unicom has the right to cancel the account and take back the number after a complete shutdown for 6 months! If you want to continue to use it, please restart it within 6 months after shutdown.
