After receiving the alarm of road traffic accident, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall immediately assign the traffic police to rush to the scene to deal with it. In case of casualties or other emergencies, the relevant departments such as first aid, medical treatment and fire fighting shall be informed in time. In case of an accident with more than three deaths or other road traffic accidents with great influence, it shall be reported to the traffic management department of the public security organ at the next higher level immediately. Notify or report to the relevant departments to send someone to deal with it. After arriving at the scene of a road traffic accident, the traffic police shall promptly report to the command center the brief situation of the scene, such as the arrival time, the location of the accident, the form of the accident and the consequences of the preliminary investigation.
