Legal analysis: Pre-litigation notice, that is, an ultimatum from either the court or the debtor (the loan company or the borrower), tells them that if they don't pay back the money, they will sue the court and bear all the consequences. If they do borrow money and the family is a formal company, they are advised to find a way to pay back the money. If they don't borrow money, don't worry about it.

Legal basis: Article 119 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China. The conditions for prosecution must meet the following conditions: (1) The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person and other organization that has a direct interest in the case; (2) Having a clear defendant; (3) Having specific claims, facts and reasons; (4) It is within the scope of civil litigation accepted by the people's court and under the jurisdiction of the people's court being sued.
