How to compensate for the wrong express station and give it to others?

If the courier is lost at the rookie post station, if the post station is the delivery place designated by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the responsibility. If the courier puts it in the post station without the consent of the consumer, the courier company shall bear the responsibility. In the process of express delivery service, if the express mail is delayed, lost, damaged or the internal parts are inconsistent, the enterprise engaged in express delivery business shall compensate according to the agreement with the user.

Article 833 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the amount of compensation for damage or loss of goods shall be in accordance with the agreement of the parties; If there is no agreement or the agreement is unclear, and it cannot be determined according to the provisions of Article 510 of this Law, it shall be calculated according to the market price of the place where the goods arrive at the time of delivery or should be delivered. Where there are other provisions in laws and administrative regulations on calculation methods and compensation limits, those provisions shall prevail.
