How to turn on the communication assistant?

The communication assistant service includes two functions: call reminder and short message receipt, which can help users to know the sending status of short messages at the first time without missing any calls.

Help: Send short message "JSTXZS" to 10086 2) Website mode: Click to handle it immediately. 3) WAP channel: users can apply for/cancel the communication assistant service in the WAP service hall (wap.gd. 10086.cn). 4) Customer service hotline mode of 10086: users dial the customer service hotline of10086, and the customer service staff will start and cancel the communication assistant service. 5) Front desk mode of the business hall: the front desk staff of the business hall opens and cancels the communication assistant business for users. 6) Cost: 2 yuan/month.
