The "operational plan" for the treatment of harassing calls is the "Special Action Plan for Comprehensive Treatment of harassing calls" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on July 30, 201August (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). As Hao Zhichao said, don't think that harassing calls is only a matter for operators and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
