Text messages are sometimes received late. Is there something wrong with the mobile phone or the communication system?

Generally speaking, seeing the content of the message means that the message has been saved in the mobile phone. And has little to do with the signal quality of network signals. After reading it, the new SMS icon should disappear. It won't be there next time. If it still appears, there is something wrong with the phone.

There are two ways to store short messages: 1) local memory of mobile phone 2) When local short messages of mobile phone are full, they are stored on the card.

If your local memory is not full, you can pull out the sim card and/or switch to another card, open it and see if the new SMS icon still appears. If it still appears, it is a mobile phone problem.
