How to query the telecom service password?

Users can directly dial the customer service hotline of China Telecom 10000 to turn to manual service to check their service password, or they can log in to the online business hall of China Telecom to reset their password, as follows:

1. First log in to the online business hall of China Telecom, click Login and enter your mobile phone number, and then click Forgot Password, as shown in the figure below:

2. After entering, select the first reset service password, and then click Enter.

3. Then fill in your mobile phone number and the received verification code, and you can reset the new service password.
