Mobile phone can't send text messages. Why can't you get it?

If the mobile phone can't send short messages, don't worry, you can check it like this!

1. If "Sent" and "Delivered" are displayed at the bottom of the sent SMS, it may be the other party's mobile phone or network problem. You can turn on the "get delivery report" function in "information > three points in the upper right corner > settings".

2. If "Sending Failed" is displayed at the bottom of the sent message or the message status cannot be known, it is recommended that you check whether the number of the mobile phone information center is correct (please consult the operator to confirm the number of the message center). If the center number is incorrect, you need to correct it in the SMS settings, restart or switch the flight mode to search the network again to see if it can return to normal.

3. If the center number is correct, but you still can't send SMS, please restart your phone or switch flight mode to search the network again.

If this happens in some places, it may be related to the signal or network environment. I suggest you use it in a place with good signal.

6. If this happens everywhere, it is recommended to replace the SIM card and compare it in different time periods.
