How to refund the ticket bought with the mobile version of "Zhixing Train Ticket"?

After purchasing tickets on 12306.cn website or mobile phone client, please refund the tickets in the following ways;

1) Those who have not exchanged paper tickets and not later than 30 minutes before driving can apply on the website of12306.cn.

2) If you have exchanged paper tickets or within 30 minutes before driving, please bring the original valid ID card of the passenger used when purchasing tickets to the ticket window at the station. Please provide the order number (E+9 digits) if the resident ID card cannot be read automatically or tickets can be purchased with other valid ID documents.

3) Use the resident ID card to purchase tickets, and those who hold the resident ID card to check in the station will not leave the station by bus. Please confirm it at the station and handle it according to the regulations.

4) If you get off the train due to injury, illness or carrier's responsibility, please handle it at the next stop according to the regulations with the ride record issued by the train conductor.
