How to turn on the WeChat speaker when it is turned off?

The most direct and simple way is to send a voice to the file transfer assistant (it is not the designated file transfer assistant, but it can send voice anyway), then press and hold that voice to pop up the menu and choose to play it with the handset. This method can switch between mobile phone playback and speaker playback.

Click the "WeChat" application icon on your phone. Find the voice message sent by WeChat friends, press and hold the voice message with your finger, and the function menu will appear. Because the software uses speakers by default, you will see the option of "switch to handset playback", click it to switch to handset mode.

Note: "handset" refers to the handset, which is what we usually use when making phone calls. "Speaker" refers to external devices, such as speakers used when playing songs.

Then, you can see the message "currently playing in handset mode" displayed on the screen, and you can also see that there is an "ear" sign on the right side of WeChat friends. Because it is handset mode, you need to put your phone close to your ear to hear it.

There is another method, even if it is not set to handset mode, you can automatically switch to handset mode by sticking the phone to your ear.
