On 2002 1 September 21day, three new cases of COVID-19 positive infection were reported in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, and they visited scenic spots, restaurants and closed public places many times in the past 14 days. The National Day holiday is coming, with frequent personnel exchanges and great mobility. In order to strictly implement the prevention and control strategy of "external defense input" and prevent the risk of epidemic input and spread, Daiyue District CDC issued the following urgent reminders to the general public:

First, take the initiative to register and report. People who have lived in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province since September 7th, and those who have lived in other high-risk areas and local cities in the past 14 days, please take the initiative to report to their communities, units and hotels as soon as possible, and cooperate with the implementation of epidemic investigation, nucleic acid detection, medical observation and other prevention and control measures.

Second, don't leave Thailand unless necessary. Residents should pay close attention to the information dynamics in the high-risk areas of China. Don't go to high-risk areas unless necessary. We should pay attention to the adjustment of high-risk areas and the change of our own health code in real time. If there are red and yellow codes, they should be reported in time and actively cooperate with the prevention and control work.

Third, scientific and standardized medical care. Do a good job in self-health monitoring. I and my family have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and diarrhea. Don't go to village clinics and clinics, don't go to pharmacies to buy medicine for treatment, wear medical masks, go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital as soon as possible, truthfully inform the attending doctor of his travel history, activity history and contact history, and conduct COVID-19 nucleic acid testing in time. Avoid taking public transport during medical treatment.

Fourth, actively vaccinate. Vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine is the most economical, safe and effective way to prevent COVID-19, and it is also the responsibility and obligation of every citizen. Residents who have not been vaccinated or have not completed the whole vaccination in COVID-19 should be vaccinated nearby as soon as possible, and strive for "all kinds" of school-age people without vaccination taboos.

Fifth, strengthen personal protection. Residents and friends are requested to fully understand the current severe epidemic situation, continue to tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, do a good job in personal health protection, and scientifically wear masks, especially when taking public transport and activities in crowded places. When flying by plane and other public transport, you should also try to avoid contact with public goods, reduce the frequency of eating and drinking, and continue to maintain a safe social distance in your daily life. Do not get together, wash your hands frequently, ventilate frequently, and actively cooperate with health habits and lifestyles such as temperature measurement and health code inspection when entering and leaving public places.

Sixth, the majority of residents and friends pay attention to authoritative information in a timely manner, do not believe in rumors, do not spread rumors, do not implement "cyber violence" on confirmed cases, enhance personal protection awareness, and implement various epidemic prevention and control measures.
