According to Article 22 of the Measures for Payment of Litigation Fees, the plaintiff shall pay the case acceptance fee within 7 days from the day after receiving the notice of the people's court to pay the litigation fee. For appeal cases, the court will send a text message to the parties to remind them to pay the appeal fee within the prescribed time limit. If the parties fail to pay the appeal fee within the prescribed time limit, the court will handle it in accordance with relevant regulations.
