When you select ringtone and vibration as ON and new information or instant message as ringtone, there will be a ringtone prompt when you receive new information. If you want to adjust the incoming sound of SMS to vibration, you need to enter Settings-Ringtone+Sound-Ringtone (Off)/Vibration (On).
