Staff members of government agencies, institutions and enterprises that have resumed work and production to ensure supply can pass with "health code and city-related certificates" without time restrictions. Vehicles in the community must pass with the "vehicle pass" issued by the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters. They adhere to the principle of "only exit, no entry", park safely and orderly nearby in accordance with regulations, and are not allowed to occupy fire escapes.

2. Cancel the checkpoints set up by rural village groups, and residents can travel with the "Hubei Health Code" green code. Further increase the frequency and intensity of inspections.

5. Actively carry out environmental sanitation improvement activities, carry out disinfection of public areas and key parts such as residential corridors, garbage stations, elevators, etc., and carry out extensive mass prevention and control.

2. Traffic management

1. Continue to implement strict control measures for exit channels. Those traveling through the expressway must use the "Hubei Health Code" green code and the "Hubei Traffic Police" electronic pass.

2. At the traffic checkpoints in the zone, you need to scan the code, check, and have a normal temperature measurement with the "Hubei Health Code" green code; when entering and exiting the traffic control points on the border roads of the High-tech Zone, you need to show the "Hubei Health Code" green code. 3. Citizens who are unable to apply for the "Hubei Health Code" can travel with a health monitoring certificate issued by the community where they currently live.

4. "Outside the district and within the city", "outside the city and within the province" and people returning from abroad and outside the province. 3. Management of other places

1. Give priority to opening up market entities such as pharmacies, supermarkets, and agricultural supplies suppliers. 4. Work Requirements

1. Consolidate work responsibilities. All subdistricts, Baiyang Town, and biological parks must implement local management responsibilities, and relevant departments must implement industry supervision responsibilities, strictly implement various epidemic prevention and control measures, and restore production and living order in an orderly manner. All units at the district level must continue to fulfill their liaison and guarantee responsibilities and assist communities in implementing epidemic prevention and control measures.
