Why can't lgkp500 receive some short messages from 10086?

1. If your mobile phone card is put in your mobile phone, can you receive SMS normally except 10086? If so, the SMS channel is normal.

2. If your mobile phone card is placed in another mobile phone, can you receive 10086 SMS normally?

3. If you put another SIM card in your mobile phone, can you receive the short message of 10086 normally? If so, your mobile phone is fine.

If 1 and 2 are affirmative and 3 is negative, it means that there is something wrong with your mobile phone system. It is recommended to change the mobile phone to the room version.

If 1 and 2 are negative and 3 is positive, it means that there is something wrong with your SIM card or system data. It is recommended to call 10086 on other mobile phones for feedback.

If 1, 2, and 3 are all positive numbers, it means that there is something wrong with the machine card matching. It is suggested to call local 10086 with other mobile phones for feedback, or go to the local lobby for testing.
