Why does the screen not display when Huawei 7i mobile phone receives a message when it is in standby?

This is because the user has not turned on the lock screen display function. Follow the method below to open it (you need to set permissions for each application, here we take Baidu Knows APP as an example).

Go to phone settings and find application management.

After entering the application management, find the application for which you need to set the standby screen message display, and click to enter the next level menu.

In the menu, find the notification option and click to enter.

Then you can see the "Lock Screen" switch. After turning the switch on, the screen-off message will be displayed on the screen.
