How to solve contract disputes between offshore companies in Hong Kong and mainland companies?

1. "It is agreed that disputes should be settled by China International Trade Arbitration Commission". Therefore, according to the contract, China International Trade Arbitration Commission is the contractual unit for you to solve contract disputes, so you should first find this unit;

2. The evidence that "the mainland company promised the way of compensation by email or SMS, and the Hong Kong company agreed" is recognized and accepted by law;

3. It is also possible for you to bring a lawsuit directly to the court. It is only because there is an agreement in the contract, and you didn't find the unit when the dispute occurred, the court may order you to find an arbitration institution to solve it for you first, and then bring a lawsuit to the court again if it can't be solved;
